About Us
LifeSpan™ Certification works for the benefit of consumers, both those who currently engage actively in nutritional supplementation, and those who have considered nutritional supplementation but have been hesitant for a variety of reasons. We provide consumer education, public service announcements, and compliance listings in order to help consumers choose the very best products amidst the increasingly complex world of non-prescription healthcare. Improving the consumer experience and opening up the market to more first-time purchasers are our priorities. The LifeSpan™ Certification seal on any product gives consumers confidence that they are purchasing only the very best supplements from ethical providers… products that are safe, pure, and accurately labeled.
In addition, LifeSpan™ Certification is coordinating the sincere and dedicated efforts of an ever-growing collective (the LifeSpan™ Certification Alliance) of responsible nutritional supplement manufacturers to establish and promulgate uniform quality standards for their products based upon a selected set of criteria, from ethical and sustainable sourcing to purity and potency. At LifeSpan™ Certification we interact with nutritional supplement companies in several different but equally important ways:
Companies which have not yet been formally invited to participate by LifeSpan™ Certification may be considered for membership in the LifeSpan™ Certification Alliance (which is an unincorporated association governed by a board elected by its members and chaired by an appointee of LifeSpan™ Certification) in order to receive all of the company member benefits if you are referred by an existing member in good standing. If your company is already a member of the LifeSpan™ Certification Alliance and currently markets a superior specialty product of particular interest, LifeSpan™ Certification can put that product through our comprehensive evaluation process in hopes of either 1) having that product receive our endorsement certification, or – if that is not immediately forthcoming for any reason – 2) receiving our checklist of outstanding criteria needing to be addressed in order to comply with our standards in order for the product to be reconsidered for endorsement certification. If your company is a member (or has been invited to become a member) of the LifeSpan™ Certification Alliance and has an interest in creating (or acquiring) and marketing either a unique new single ingredient product or a unique multiple-ingredient formulation, LifeSpan™ Certification can help you to 1) develop a pre-certified product of the very highest quality, and 2) ethically and effectively publicize and promote it through our strategic working partnership with NewsXPartners Corporation, the premier international publicity and public relations firm specializing in health, wellness, and longevity.
If your company is currently a member in the LifeSpan™ Certification Alliance and has an interest in more proactively and intensively promoting a particularly unique product that has already acquired a significant following in the consumer marketplace, you’ll find us very receptive to the possibility of structuring a co-branded joint venture arrangement wherein we can engage together in a campaign to broaden branding, increase name recognition, and appreciably improve the product’s (and your company’s) online profile and dominance in relevant search results.
